FEES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
For all the customers that live outside the United States taxes and customs fees are not included in the price. For this reason you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the sunglasses reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on Ocean MODA while they are on the recipient’s charge.
Ocean MODA cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, as Custom policies vary widely from one country to the other. If you need further information about Custom fees please contact your local Fedex or UPS or the Customs directly.
Duties are usually collected by the courier upon delivery but they may also be applied later.
It is safe to use your credit card to purchase items through Ocean MODA We guarantee that every transaction you make at our site is safe.
Buyers credit card numbers are never recorded by the Ocean MODA server.
HOW TO SEND BACK PURCHASED PRODUCTS

All our products are carefully and safely packaged in order to protect them from impacts and thermal exposure.
In case of damaged packaging, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
It is possible to have products sent to a address different from your own just write it in the order form while placing your order.
All our packages are assigned to professional couriers that cannot leave unguarded items in front of the door.
We suggest you to specify an address where the courier will find somebody who can sign for the delivery.
You can track your package using your tracking number on the courier web site.
SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS

However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address.
